Order Cancellation,Return And Refund Policy
RETURN POLICY
PRODUCT RETURN AND REPLACEMENT NOT ACCEPT UNDER FOLLOWING RULES:
Product is washed/damaged/worn Part of missing delivered full product Products must be in their original condition Products which were sold as combos/sets, are not eligible for return/replacement as individual items If, according to your opinion you don’t like the product, this return reason is not acceptable Replacements will be made basis availability of that product on the website In case of damage from your side, this product is non-refundable.

RETURNING OF PRODUCT
In the event You receive a damaged / defective product or a product that does not comply with the specifications as per your original order, You are required to get in touch with the customer service team through any of the below mentioned channels:

REFUND POLICY:
We do not accept self-damaged products — Because All product is firstly cross verify though quality checkers. In that case, If we found damaged from a customer we can’t accept that product for replacement or refund. After you have initiated return request through our website, as soon as you return products at our warehouse. We will refund your amount in your bank account. You have to provide us your details to our support number or mail kaavyafashionhelpdesk@gmail.com contact our Customer Support through phone or email. If the mode of payment was Cash on Delivery (COD), Customer Support Team will provide you refund form in which you need to fill your bank account details. We will initiate NEFT bank transfer to your bank account. You may expect to receive a refund amount in 10-12 working days. in case of, Any product you want to return to us, and at your location our return pick up service is not available in any courier partners, At that situation customer is responsible to return the product to our company on our address. Note:- After getting return product to our warehouse, we will charge the courier expense and refund the rest of the amount.

SHIPPING POLICY
SHIPPING PERIOD:
Delivery days are generally mentioned under all the products. The approximate delivery duration is 7-18 working days. However, products may arrive sooner or later than the approximate duration according to the availability of products and location of the customer.

RISK OF DAMAGE/ LOST SHIPMENT:
If any parcel is lost during transit period, customer is not liable to pay any extra amount to kaavyafashion or courier team for the same. We will resend the same product to the customer at no extra cost. However, if there is any damage, partial damage or stolen goods after the courier company has delivered the products at customer’s address ,kaavyafashion shall not be responsible for the same. If the parcel is lost in transit, we will resend the parcel and complete all formalities from our side .

SHIPMENT DETAILS:
You will be able to view the tracking number along with the courier company details once the order is dispatched from our hub on our website .Tracking numbers might take 2-4 business days to get activated on courier websites . PACKAGING METHOD:
All parcels are packed in a polythene /courier bag. All the bulk orders are packed in a cardboard box.

IN CASE OF DELAY / UNFULFILLMENT:
If there is any unusual delay in shipping any product because it is going “Out of Stock”, or if there is any other issue in the shipping the product, you will be notified via mail. We may send you multiple parcels for the delivery of multiple pieces according to the availability of the products. At times, due to reasons beyond our control, there might be delay in shipping the product. Exchange, Refund, Return will not be entertained in that cases.
